If your child receives SEN support at Abbots Langley School they will have targets for the year recorded on our Stepping Stones form (Key Stage 1) or Steps to Success form (Key Stage 2). Staff meet with you, and your child if appropriate, in the first half of the Autumn term to discuss and set targets. These targets are reviewed and updated in the Spring Term. During the second half of the Summer term we will review which targets have been achieved and record important information for transition into the next class.These meetings are designed to be collaborative and reflective.
Each review follows 4 questions:
What have we tried? What have we learnt? What are we pleased about? What are we concerned about?
